We could use one more person! If you are interested, email me!

If we can't get another person, we'll still go ahead as planned.

OK!

Today's Green Beret day right?

Do we have enough people yet or not? Is Owen's spot still up for takers? :p

I think Steve is in Vegas this weekend and thats where he is getting the Green Beret and the Sng for the passaround raffles:)

I'm sure there's a couple of us who wouldn't mind chipping in for the other spot, me included, so if you want one more, pick a number between 1-100 and whoever wants to buy into the spot can pick a number and whoever picks the closest one... Just an idea. ^_^ I'm just glad I get to handle the knife, cheers!

Well, today I really "used" the knife for the first time.

It doesn't bite as deep as some of my better choppers (like the Swamp Rat or HI Khukuri), but it sure cuts much better! I needed to remove a branch from a tree and it chopped through it quite well!

After the chopping, it still shaved paper no problem. Plus, the coating didn't even show any wear. The coat smoothed out at the edge a bit, but nothing serious.

The coating on mine did not hold up so well. I only had the opportunity to cut some cardboard and dirty manila rope, but both marred the surface. No big deal as it will be a user knife anyway. Just thought I'd throw in my experience so far. Tiss a beauty, though....
