SIGNUP: Spyderco Around the World Passaround

Ahh, doesn't matter. Would have liked a few extra pics, but it wasn't meant to be so.

When the knife has been all round the world, send it to me as a gift ;) i'll be happy then hehe.

No, hop you have better luck than ik did. Would love to see some pics of my blood brothers over there ( my father was born in Hamburg ) Ca'n't wait to see some nice pics. Oohh, i don't drink, but make some shots with the typical German beer. Warsteiner, Bittburger etc. Might make some real nice pics i think.

No problem :-)

But, if you would refer to Warsteiner as a "typical german beer" over here in Germany, it is possible that some hard-core beer drinkers will punch you :D It was my favorite beer for a long time, but it isn't even a real "Pilsener" beer... tastes great though :p

Would you like to see the beer in bottles or in our typical beer glasses, freshly tapped?

Good excuse to enter the next bar :D :D AND it meets the requirements.... typical german ;)

Prost! (=cheers! =Here's Mud in Your Eye!) Dennis

Info sent if you are still signing up new people for this passaround. I can cover the eastern-most point of the United States monument. Also, the beach where Columbus first landed and some old Danish sugar mill ruins. Very cool project!!

Yep, the knife arrived safely at my home.

First pics will be shown in a few minutes in the passaround thread.

Here's the issue, you guys let me know:

- I could let more people in, but it usually makes sense to group geographically, so inserting people in the middle of the list will delay people at the end.

- Or I could just add people to the end, recognizing that it may be literally a year or more and have geopgraphical overlap before it gets back to you.

Comments?

Hmmmm.... not easy to decide.

If there are not too many "stragglers" ;) , I'd say try to go with the first one. It makes more sense to send it "around" the world than jump back and forth.

just my .02 cents :o

Hi all

Wish could participate but see Andre in RSA is already up. Anyway I am going to Kruger national park for two weeks. Could maybe catch a spyderco and a leapord on the same frame. Enjoy the knife guys!

Marthinus, if you are in the Johannesburg area I'll give you a shout when the knife arrives and we can meet up and you can take some pictures :)

Cool! Where in Johannesburg are you? I hope I will be here when it arrives, but If you don't hear from me my apologies Andre. Then I am probably in the Kruger Park.
