Skulls!?

I don't know what Rich is thinking. That's darn near sacrilegious right there:p:D

J/K Rich, if you like it that's all that matters

I have since removed it for some reason I kept dropping it I blame the skull.

Tell me you don't like this...

I'll step up on this one - I've seen those clips before, and dislike them. Even knowing that I could remove it, I wouldn't buy a knife that had something like that on it.
That said, I like Mr DP

I didn't the guy who I bought it from made it for me and sent it for free he was just being nice. Have a Pixie Marci. ;)

Don't mind if I do! I love those things! And anyone who doesn't should by psychoanalyzed!

I'm not a fan of the skull beads myself.

But what I really hate is people who call "fobs," "lanyards."

I was looking at a bunch of hinderers and striders last night. I don't remember which company, but one of them had skulls on a bunch of their knives. I gotta say I thought it was very cheesy to have a skull on a $400 knife... Bash me and the OP all you want - don't care.

Well, it's not everyone's cup of tea, but what is it too you to get you all wound up about it? don't like it, don't buy it, simple as that.
I really like it, and it all that matters to me.
There is obviously a market for it.

cheers
OK! That clip is what inspired my mini-rant. And made me realize this would be a great place to ask about it.

That skull is a part of their logo. The same for DPx Gear.

If you don't like skulls, then don't buy from a company that uses a skull in their logo...

Guilty. But I'm not going to stop. Knife nerds know that "lanyard" often means "fob". Reg'lar folks don't know what "fob" means (at least the ones I know don't). However! I admit it is my responsibility write for my target audience. And this forum is all about knife nerds. I'll try to remember to use proper terminology in the future, but no promises. :)

I've got one skull bead and clip that I installed on my ZT0630 in order to Emerson-ize it a little.
Goofy or not it simply helps getting a grip further back and gets my fingers out of the way of the blade opening.
