Traded

I have a VERY lightly used slip-joint that I'd like to put up F/T. Here it is:

P.C. Randall Shadow: 4 3/16" with 3 1/16" (1/8" thick flat grind) A-2 Wharncliffe blade. HTed by Paul Bos at 59-61 RC (I believe). Handle's natural canvas micarta.

I'm always open, but would really like a GEC Congress.

Thank you for looking.

EDIT: This one has been removed and is no longer offered for trade.

.. model 611 1/2 L in extraordinary contemporary Jigged Red Bone scales and is part of Case's, 'Pocket Worn' series. If you like a Single Clip Lock Blade with absolutely no blade play in any direction whatsoever, this little Cheetah Cub might be just the ticket.. Its not quite 4 years old and has opened some mail and been carried in my Daughters watch pocket a bit, but some misc. mail is literally all its cut. Its factory sharp blade has never been re-sharpened and still pops hair with dry strokes right off ones arm or leg..

My daughter begged me for it back when I purchased it brand new for her at Bass Pro Shops in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida during the Christmas holidays of 2006. She is 3 1/2 inches in the closed position and I believe I still even have the original box w/paperwork too..

If interested and would like additional pix and/or info, please email me(only) through the BF.com email system. Please do not chat in here for any reason on this thread so as to make sure we are all compliant with the rules & regs in here.. Also, please do not PM me either because I am in need of the space in there and I am currently pretty full at the present..

I would prefer any decent slip-joint made in the USA or Germany commensurate with the condition and value of the aforementioned..

Best,
Anthony

Here's two up for grabs:

One is Rough Rider trapper pattern. It features a really beautiful mosaic in white and black pearl. It has nice fit and finish and the scales are quite impressive.

The other is a Kissing Crane stag lockback. It locks up very tight and and there is no play in any direction. It is very solid and will make a fine user.

I'm pretty open to trade ideas, so just send me a PT or email and we can go from there. Thanks for looking!

I have the following two knives I would like to trade for a GEC "Moose" pattern pocketknife with bone handles. They are a Case #6231 1/2 1973 mfd. and a Case #6275SP 1981 mfd. Both have been used and sharpened, and have some patina on the blades. The bone on both is in great shape.

Hi guys I have another for trade. I have a Schrade Made, John Primble Belknap tang stamp, 8OT pattern but it is a 935 for John Primble. Basically it is an 8OT but with different tang stamps. The blades are 99% full, thinly ground, no blade play, matchstrike long pull, and only one tiny gap between the liners. I like the knife alot, I just miss seeing the Schrade tang stamp. So I would like to trade this for an 8OT of similar quality. I can send pictures if you request them. I am open to other stockman trades that are of 3.5 inches plus. American or German made.

Hi guys I have another Schrade 89OT up for trade. Here is the lowdown on this one. I actually found it at an antique store here in town. Was just sitting on a shelf. Got it pretty rough but fixed it up pretty good I think. There was some light rust that I was able to rub off with notebook paper and a dry rag. Has a pleasing to my eye patina. The walk and talk is there. Not a bear trap but very nice. Small amount of play in the main blade. And the main blade does hit the long pull side liner near the tip. Other than that, the blades are completely full and thinly ground. The handles are in great condition with a few scratches on the delrin. As always I am looking for stockman patterns that are 3.5 inches or more that are American or German made. This would be a good knife for the Schrade Collectors out there.

Here I have a Stag Handle Russell Green River Works Barlow for trade. I got it in trade and was told it was in new condition, however I've never used it but I'm listing in used because of a few fine scratches on the bolsters. Front of main blade is stamped Russell 1834 Green River Works and the back of the blade tang is stamped SOLINGEN GERMANY.

Open to other slippes but really looking for barlows. Please send all offered via BFC email or KnifeCrazied at gmail .com

Hey all thinning out my collection abit. I hope these can go to good homes where they will get used. Pictures are available on request.

1) John Primble 3218. Sharp blades, great snap, 3 1/4 inches closed. Rosewood handles. Great little knife, just to little for me.
2) Schrade 104OT. Small little peanut size knife. Carbon Steel blades, no blade play whatsoever. Sweet little thing that just isnt for me. Full blades.
3) Schrade 881. Bought this on the bay believing it to be unused. Sadly it was. Not that I cared. Has a full clippoint and spey blade but the sheepsfoot was modded to a round tip, almost scraper or screw driver like. I have it, but my 8OT takes up all the pocket time. All blades are carbon and razor sharp, honestly one of the sharpest knives I own.

I am interested in stockmans and 2 bladers. Particularly want a case copperhead or large Texas Jack if u have one. Let me know.

I have a Buck 301 that has been carried and lightly used that I would like to swap for a Buck trapper pattern or a Case "Yeller" Soddie. Not lookin' for a safe queen, but not lookin' for a beater, either. Here's the pics, let me know what ya got

Ok I am trying to consolidate my Schrade Collection. Most are knives I don't use. All are in great condition. I have a Schrade 89OT never used, non matchstrike pull. Schrade 104OT Might Might. Sharpened but never used. Schrade 881 matchstrike pull. Used but in good condition. John Primble 3218. Sharpened but never really used. And here are the two big uns...sorta. Both are of the 8OT pattern. First is an 8OT brand new from the 60's. Was sharpened once, and I am still on the fringe of using it vs. keeping it. No patina or blade play. If I got a good offer I would trade it. Second is a Schrade made John Primble 935. Exactly the same as the 8OT just different tang stamps. I did get this one used, and by used I mean the previous owner changed the spey into a pen blade. More useful imo. All blades have great snap and more detailed pictures are available upon request.

For trades I would like to trade an 8OT for an 8OT. Anything else I am up for. Particular patterns I like are Stockmans that are 3.5 icnhes or bigger, Case 6292, Case Copperhead, Case 6231 1/2. Open to other trades too.

Hi folks,

I dug this one out of my drawer and it's a real beauty. It's not getting a lot of attention, so I thought I'd offer it up and see what's out there. It's 3 3/4" in fine shape and only minor shelf wear. I think I carried a couple of times at some point and there are some very fine scratches on the bolster only visible under strong light and close inspection.

Anyway, I'm not looking for anything really specific, but I would like to try and trade one for one if possible. I'd love a Queen/Burke English Gentleman knife, but I can't think of much else at the moment. Drop me a an email and let me know what you've got!

Well, I have a used, but still very good condition Rick Menefee BackPocket Shadow. This one's from early '09 with dark green linen micarta handles & ATS-34 blade (1/8" thick).

It is 4 1/8" long with a 3 3/8" Clip blade. Flush closed & at 1/2 stop. There are 3 small scratches on the left side of the blade, by the tip.

I love the knife, but it's just a little bigger than what I like for pocket carry. If anyone has a smaller size Menefee or another custom, please contact me.

Thank you for looking.
