Small EDC fixed blades

The Dozier shop makes several different patterns that fall right at or below the 7" OAL mark. Great materials, fit, finish and the best Kydex sheath out there complete the package. They are addictive though:

i am digging this thread... of course i also like the edc small fixed carry thread, but there are also some exceptionally nice knives here... and i just love the small fixed blades.

I love small blades. Pocket Fixed blades are all I've basically carried for the past two years or so.

Offcourse.....I make my own....so I can incorporate the features I like.

Last years carry was one of my Little Undertakers:

And this year it's my Caper EDC model:

I'm thinking this summer it'll be either another Little Undertaker (thinking Damascus this time) or some kind of Wharncliffe.

I've found that nothing beats a pocket fixed blade though. They're tough, lightweight. Have little/no problems when it comes to Blade/Handle ratios and are easy to clean.

I've got a few nice folding knives. But even if I'd start making folding knives (which I'm planning to start playing around with this year) I don't think I'd switch out my pocket fixed blade for a folding knife....maybe I'll just carry both (evil grin).

I have some small puukko's that work well as pocket fixed blade. They are my favourites and especially during holiday and hiking I carry those a lot.

Left one is a small Tommi with a pocket sheath I made.

Speed holes, what is the middle blade with the thin blade, below the Spyderco?

Speaking of tapered tangs, my favorite small fixed EDC is this one by Kyle Bettleyon (KWB):

Thought I'd post this picture of my new Bradford Guardian3 in saber ground M390 steel with DLC coating. The scales are camo and look more olive drab in person. I cut-up the confetti as a way of celebrating this new arrival.

Nice, didn't know they offered the leather sheaths in black too. I need to see if there is any money in making confetti as maybe that would help support my knife habit :) as I sure do cut enough stuff up!

Here's mine. A2 chisel ground with a very thin edge makes this an amazing slicer. Looking to get a ksf pocono pocket sheath for it.

Great Doizer collection !!!

I will back up everyone's recommendation for the Patriot but definelty check the knife makers around here on BF. So many great choices at a very very reasonable price considering it is individuals creative thought brought to life via steel and sweat.

Here's my contribution. A PML wharnie in 3V with the flathead screwdriver butt. Got this off the maker's exchange forum years ago and not sure if Paul is still active or not. Great little knife.
