Smoke request

And I'm almost 28, so I guess that makes me almost 18. Which one of you old fogies wants to take Heber and me out to a strip club and buy us a cigar on the 24th:D

LOL, that reminds me of a friend of mine who asked me to take her 18 year old son to the strip club with a couple of his friends. We go in and we are not there 10 minutes when one of the girls comes up and hugs me and takes my cell phone and puts her phone number into it. She was a girl who used to work for me, but it really impressed the kids. His Mom said he was talking about that for days.:D It took me awhile to convince her I wasn't a regular to the clubs.

Hi guys, hope y'all are doing alright.

John, Read the post. BTDT. Hang in there. Keep on taking the high road that you are already on and everything will work out the way it is supposed to.

On occupation, that's a hard one and always up the individual. I heard the "do what you are happy doing" cliches when I was younger and I was thinking "that's not going to buy my house or car or provide for the woman that I think I need", but hard lesson learned - it really will.

Teach if you want to teach, get your phd if you want to do that. You can't go wrong either way.
What you don't want to do is to force yourself to do something just cause it pays a lot. Teaching doesn't pay a lot, but it does pay enough to get by on, and you get a lot of time off and a pension. Either way, you will also have decent job security.

BTW - thank you for serving our country and protecting our lives - and allowing us and you the freedom to have these kinds of decisions to make :-)

Hey John,
