Not freezing yet, but it might get down into the low 20s between now and Saturday. We're expecting up to 0.10" of ice here starting sometime around noon.

Not my pic but that's the line at the grocery store we like to shop at this afternoon. I guess the end of the world is nigh?

I usually leave for work around 6:30 . I'm heading out now to beat the ice (4:45) and maybe the traffic on the way home
 
Wet and heavy snow started coming in last night. Got up at 3 am and started shovelling. We are expected to get up to another foot today. I can deal with the powder, but this wet stuff is heavy! We'll see the weather predictions hold up.

I stopped and got extra gas for the generator and snow blower yesterday

Like that here too. I'm always a bit surprised. Don't people have a enough food in their homes to last a few days? That said, I did stock up on junk food, haha.

And the food... and the drink...

Sun is out and it's a balmy 17f here.
Puppy is getting ready for another growth spurt, so we've been going outside every 3 hours the past 4 days.
One degree before the wind chill at 12, 3, & 6 in a pair of slippers, flannel shorts, and a flannel shirt is brisk.
 
18° here, feels like 4°. Still snowing, blowing and drifting.
 
Even when I hit the like button, it takes awhile for it to initiate. Plus I keep getting the time out error. I understand this is a busy forum, but this is the only forum I frequent that has these problems.

Yeah I think many are getting the timeout errors. Not sure if the servers are getting filled up again or what's going on.
