Merry Christmas folks!
it was 74 here yesterday, so we went on a late afternoon hike.
this morning we are watching the puppy be a puppy.
missed getting video of him "helping" me open my gift, but here's a consolation price if you're willing to follow the link.

Yeah, were trying to decide between the 8, 12 and 16 person tent and quickly realized that the interior space shrinks considerably when you add the stove. We went big because of the dogs and the fact that will use this as a basecamp tent during climbing trips.

gmoneyluv gmoneyluv I love the Seek Outside stoves, and the price is right, but I'm leaning more toward a foldable stove, which is much easier to assemble in the cold, with fewer moving parts, and no wing nuts to lose, etc. Problem is, most of the foldables I've found are smaller, and I want one with no windows too.

I hear ya about the windows. I'm also not a fan.
 
it's supposed to be 64 here tomorrow and 15 at Sunrise on Wednesday with a high barely above freezing.
50 on Friday with snow starting around 8 or 9 PM continuing through noon Saturday - with it maybe getting to 25 on Saturday.

depending on how much weather we get, I may not go to Omaha on Saturday to see friends.
