just looked at accuweather - it's calling for 58 on friday, 20 at sunrise on saturday and a high of 21 -- then 5 on Sunday morning.
Omaha's high is 16 on saturday with a -6 real feel...
if I go up there, I should probably bring a jacket.

it's supposed to be 64 here tomorrow and 15 at Sunrise on Wednesday with a high barely above freezing.
50 on Friday with snow starting around 8 or 9 PM continuing through noon Saturday - with it maybe getting to 25 on Saturday.

depending on how much weather we get, I may not go to Omaha on Saturday to see friends.

We had a white Christmas. Now I’m done with it. Nobody here in the PNW knows how to drive in the snow! Dangerous being out on these roads.

We finally get some rain, and naturally the local water service passes along the excuse of a governor's declaration of drought emergency, and what they'll do to you for drinking too much water. Tomorrow and Thursday are gonna soak us again.
Sunday I was able to get outside and smoke some tritip though.

Any Brothers have a High Lift jack preference. Pulling stumps, fence post, jacking, winching etc...

I have a 60" Hi-Lift Rescue Jack. I love it. It is very versatile. It was 200 to my door.

Spent the afternoon working on making a second rocket stove (on the right) with the 18 y/o. A professional fabricator would be embarrassed, but for people with no training what so ever, it sure is fun.

Plus it will work by the time we get done with it.

You all have a good transition to 2022. My GF and me are just relaxing after she slipped a disc right before Christmas. Just had a good Chili and now we will do the gummy bear oracle for 2022 and I'm drinking a Guinness or twelve... You all have a good one
