Just popped the Mustang wine... first bottle from this batch... only been aging a little over a year ... it's good, but you can tell a difference between this bottle and the 18-month and 24-month batches. The longer it ages, the smoother it gets.

I got a late start since I waited for a guy to come by and pick up an AR15 upper and stripped lower. Then we sat in the dining room and BS'ed for two hours. The grocery store was crazy after lunch. Also stopped to pick up some brisket and chicken from a local place after the snark on pork butts and BBQ this morning.

Green tea (anti-oxidants) with honey (natural expectorant), lemon (vitamin C), and a shot of whiskey (helps you sleep). Maybe drink it to wash down 400mg of ibuprofen.... Of course I'm an electrical engineer, not a doctor.


In the meantime, drinking a Sam Adams Belgian Session while my wife naps. Maybe she'll wake up so we can drink some Korbel's Brut. Or maybe we'll have mimosas with breakfast. We are such party animals!
