We didn't have a minimum term on the lease. Just month to month. She's only looking into it right now, make sure she's no upside-down and that it's even a viable option. It'll probably be a few months if she does sell it. Oh well. At least if I have my own place I don't have to wear pants around the house anymore.

Im sorry guys. Kids have a way of copying me. Something about this badass swagger i got. They see me do something and want to be just like me. Its unavoidable for the most part. I just have too much swagger. Forgive them as they know not what they do. They are under the woody influence LMAO

Well i got curious so i just went and checked my lease... I have a year long lease... But it says in the lease either one of us can cancel the lease as long as we give a 2 month notice...
I never noticed that was in there... It was on like the 3rd or 4th page.
But last time before i resigned the lease (just a couple months ago) they asked me if i was going to be staying, and i said i wasnt sure, then they asked what they could do to get me to stay... I guess im the first tenant they ever had to never be late on the rent, i been here about 3 years now, and they didnt want me to leave.
Truth is i have nowhere to go up here, any place i moved to up here would be just as bad or too expensive for me to afford. But i didnt let them know that and milked my way into getting the puppy i have now... They had a rule for no dogs that grow over 20 pounds... But they changed it to allow my Shiba inu that can get up to 25 pounds... Not that big of a deal, but originally the lease said no dogs that can get over 20 pounds NO EXCEPTIONS.. But luckily my lease was coming up the same time i was looking at getting the puppy.

When i was walking my daughter to school this morning there was these 3 little boys going on and on about "swagger" I dont know who they were talking about but apparently the person was "full on swagger" and a "swag master" or something like that HAHAHA

Got my 52100 straight razor blanks in a second ago. They feel heavy for their size, which makes me excited. Lots of potential for some tough friction folders..... Well once i find someone to put edges on them LOL.
But right now i have several other projects ahead of these anyways.
These are 52100 in .187 stock, 6.5in overall, 3/4th tall blade, with a cutting edge length of 3.15"
Could turn into something awesome. Time will tell.

Daizee, I been hitting the dashi with 400 grit wet dry, being careful to avoid the pointy part. It's starting to get even more pretty! I am really loving this little blade!

Nice, it should shine up well being CPM. I think I left it at 280. Putting the back edge bevel on an arkansas stone really makes it shine...
