Well, I just topped up my paypal account, which means I'll be buying a 15 and an 11 tomorrow. Can't wait to open the box...
The list's expanding.

What I own: 14, 24, 16 (x2), 5, 9. Incoming: 11 and 15. Slowly but steadily I'm getting there :)

Dude, Eero, your pants are better than mine, every time I reach in the pocket; there's change or a edc item missing that I put there. At least you can turn the lint into tinder. lol.

I've gotten spoiled by working from home and rarely venturing out in the real world... I'm used to carrying nothing in my pockets at all.

Heck, some days I'm lucky to remember to even put pants on...

My EDC is about 2 pounds, and I'm not kidding.

man.. money has been so tight lately.. sucks.. trying to get caught up on bills... need to start working more ot and stop going out to eat as much.. i always wondered how guys can afford to buy custom folders for $800 and up on a regular basis... must have some pretty good jobs and/or not be married with kids.

Dropped a 40 lb dumbbell on my face today in gym while doing dumbbell bench presses. The strange thing is, that was about 4 hours ago and the only thing that hurts is my shoulder (I heard a pop in my shoulder then saw the weight coming down.)

You're certainly not the only one. I doubt most medieval warriors or frontiersmen in the old West carried as much gear actually on their person as many normal folks today have in their pockets and on their belts (most of whom will never run into anything more challenging than a drive-through window or a phone call that "just can't wait").

Personally, I think it's ridiculous... if you actually need that much stuff, they make these new things called backpacks and briefcases and toolboxes now... also, many newfangled vehicles and desks/workbenches have storage space built right into them ... *shrug*

But then again, I'm a high-speed low-drag kinda guy... travel light, baby! :D

Hopefully nothing serious.

I remember probably 9 years ago I was trying to reach my hat in the back of my old extended cab pickup and it was at a weird angle and I felt my shoulder pop. Hurt so bad I went to my knees. Pain went away pretty quickly though but from time to time it would ache a little and I realized I didn't have full range of motion. One day I was stretching it in the direction it didn't want to go as far any more and I felt another good pop. Hurt like the dickens but after that I had full range of motion and my shoulder doesn't bother me anymore. Crazy to think how long I went with something out of place like that.

My real EDC is the keychain with the keys... It has an exotac firesteel and a tritium locator. Everything else in the picture is mostly for looks. I use the stuff but it mostly never leaves the house. But here in Philly the SAK, or even my leatherman is against the law to be carried in the city because they have a blade on them. If that wasnt the case id also be EDC'ing a knife or 2.

But when i go to the woods is a completely different story. We normally drive in, so we dont have to haul stuff very far and i dont even consider weight.

Lol Dex..

When I weigh in the birthday suit and then fully garbed, I am about 9 pounds heavier.. I do wear size 13 shoes, they are heavy and I carry a wad of keys, 2 bandanas, a 24 and lil wrecker in a kydex sheath, Samsung Note II, and a wallet... Backpack and gym bag too, coffee cup and nalgene bottle of water.. I guess I do pack a lot of crap every morning out the front door..

Mine is about the same. Used to be around 5lbs when I EDC'd my BK2 and a bunch of other stuff I no longer carry :)

That + notepad and a few pens. Minus the crappy Gerber because it's just garbage. It's going to be repurposed as my garage frustration throwing knife... or I might just hold onto it for my boy as a first fixed blade that he will need to sharpen constantly.

leaving the laptop at home will probably let you get by with only a belt and get rid of those goofy suspenders you wear.

Lol, It was the stuff on the laptop :( I weighted myself at work the other day for when we were doing our "fat man contest" the difference between me with pockets empty and safety boots off to me with all my gear and steel toes on is 8.2lbs lol

edit: the suspenders keep my pants up ;)

Got Lucky checked out at the vet this afternoon. The good news is it isn't a hernia, bad is that its a tumor. He took a sample from it and we will know Monday what type it is. He seemed fairly sure that it isn't cancer, but won't be sure until Monday. We are gonna keep our fingers crossed until we hear back.

Hope Lucky turns out to be worthy of her name.

Thanks guys. She has lived up to her name this far, so hopefully it continues.

Whats everyone doing tonight? I just finished grilling some burgers for supper and am planning on cracking a beer open soon. Just gonna relax for a while and watch a movie or something.

First and foremost, good thoughts going out to you and Lucky.

I just got back from 10 hours of trail maintenance at a local climbing area. I'm exhausted. Still tons of snow and ice on the ground and we cleared more fallen trees than I can count. Carrying a chainsaw for that long is a workout! Now enjoying dinner and a glass (or two) of wine.
