we had those winds last week -- I didn't sleep much.

as to the plastic tab, I haven;t melted mine, but I've seen where other folks have when they get it too close to a fire while cooking.
 
If ya'll are into the Hobbit and such nonsense, and have Netflix. Check out Lost Girl. Apparently it was a Showtime show but it's pretty good.

freezing mist and sleet here -- supposed to have 2-4" of snow by morning.
I doubt I'm that lucky.

Got around to processing the bottom half of my Christmas tree to get it into the greens bin, our trash men won't pick up whole trees off the curbs so they have to be cut down and stuffed into trash cans. Used the 7 to do it, broke my old baton in the process and fashioned a new one out of the Christmas tree. Really impressed by the 7, I beat the CRAP out of it and it performed dutifully.

I wailed on it so hard the scales loosened up! Couple quick turns of the allen wrench and right as rain.
 
Tomars have added some pics of the new 2013 stuff...No prices or detailed info but theres some specs.
 
Glad to say only a couple of touch downs and no major damge from all the twisters in the area last night. Quite a storm though. Eighty MPH wind gusts in some places.
 
ac - Same here. I get paid Fri but if I had the money I know I would have broken down.
 
Only 30mph wind here. Was 62 and rainy, and today is supposed to snow and drop back down to 0f. Wild weather everywhere, it seems. Hang onto to something solid you guys!
