That's cold, man. Just rub everyone's nose in it, why don't you.

That looks like a great option, too.
How necessary is a coarse/fine diamond stone if I also have a sharpmaker to finish a blade off with?
My thought process was:
1. Diamond stone for easy, effective, quick reprofiles.
2. move to the norton india stone
3. finish on sharpmaker
I would think you'd want something bigger for that sort of thing; I have a set of the 4" DMT stones (not X-coarse) and even reprofiling a 3-4" blade is tricky. I generally resort to water stones for bigger blades, just because of the surface area of the stone, and I already have them from sharpening woodworking tools. DMT makes some two sided bench stones; the Duo-Sharp+ is the least expensive and gives you two different grits, one on each side plus a little area of continuous diamond for small stuff. I've heard they last pretty much forever. I used to use the 4" ones at the ski shop I managed and never had to replace them in the two years (and thousands of skis) I worked there, and they were already a couple years old when I started. My 2¢.

6" diamond stones, coarse and fine. That'll do just about everything. If you want luxury, get 8" ones.

Got the last of the parts for my W. German Sig P220. Gonna replace the springs and convert it to the newer slim grips.

A guy at work has an FFL and he can get brand new Glocks for $440! I'm tempted to put together a list of everything I want and get prices and start whittling down my list of guns to acquire, but if I budget my money well and don't blow it on frivolous stuff (Like I did last month) I could be totally debt-free in about a year and a half. Maybe I'll stretch the debt out to two years and just buy guns sparingly...

Put a ton of time and money into fixing up the Durango this past year, and now the head gaskets are shot and due that that, sounds like bearings might be too. Time to call it quits on this one.

Saw a nice sundog a few minutes ago hiking the field, snapped a pic or two and got a real show.
