So a buddy of mine is pissed off because the place he works just came out with a policy for zero tolerance if any one is caught with a gun or a knife of any kind on the property. Hes as much as a prepper as he ca be, and taking his gun or knife for that matter makes him very uncomfortable. He doesn't feel (and I don't blame him)-that he should have to give up his right to defend himself if need be, he said he can halfway understand the on property gun rule, but the last draw was taking his knife. Even making his old Case knife his Grandpa gave him grounds to lose his job....... So, he came to me. Ironically with a handful of scrap materials from stuff his company produces....... I machined him a big handful of F!#K U! Gonna make a kydex carrier for it tomorrow..

Did you call it the taint tickler? It's actually pretty cool.

Ehhh, I wanted to call it the devils tampon, the beauty of the pun there is insinuating the devil is a woman. Which we all know HAS to be true! :-) ..... But I think he was calling it the battle pin. Not done yet, finish it up tomorrow.

I used to carry a small flat blade screwdriver that had one side bevel ground -- from one side it looked ike a normal screwdriver, but it came down to an almost needle sharp point on one corner. in addition to turning screws, it opened boxes and did extra duty as an ice pick.

If the uber-shank upsets the higher-ups, he should say it's a sexual device aligned with his lifestyle. Firing him for such would be a violation of civil rights.

A mind like this is exactly why you're a super.

oh, yeah - speaking of top 3's.....

Looks like a metal scribe to me, perfectly legal.

Or a plumb bob for making sure equipment is installed on the level. Just carry a small roll of trot line in a pocket for "attachment and use demonstration" purposes. :D

TM Hunt "plumb bobs" might sell like hot cakes at Blade. :p

Tactical Plumb Bomb (that's a silent "m" in bomb). Maybe thread it for some grappling hooks a la County Comm? Though the skull lanyard might make it a touch more difficult to pass off as a benign tool.

If I wasn't able to carry at least a folder I'd be asking for one of those too. Nice work! Thankfully most people don't care, but they do have some kinda rule about knives where I work.
