Smells... Fat lighter, good herb, and citrus.

I guess I'll add my new truck... It smells great... Throw a couple chunks of fat lighter under the seats and it'll be even better!

Did get my truck, for a little MORE than I wanted to spend... But I didn't go with the base model either... It's a very nice little truck though, already took it off road into some sugar sand and it walked right through it.... Now I doubt it could towing a load... But for my purposes it's sweet. Got it with 12 miles on it yesterday, but it'll have over 100 today lol

It was certainly fun to watch (although I did frighten the dogs and annoy my wife, yelling at the TV :D). Sucks to lose to the hated Chiefs, but there actually is a glimmer of hope for the Raider Nation. It's almost like they've got good leadership/coaching and are actually playing as a team... something we haven't seen in a long time. I like this Carr fella, too... he might turn out to a dang good quarterback. He seems very poised in the pocket, and he's dang sure not afraid to launch it downfield and see what happens. That's gonna result in interceptions sometimes... and touchdowns other times. ;)

No offense taken; I didn't listen to advice from boring old men when I was your age, either :D There is a lot to be said for the company of a female you really like and enjoy spending time with. You seem like a level-headed dude with a healthy respect for other human beans, so I'm sure you'll be fine. :)

Just be real careful about responsibility (especially as regards birth control, if you do choose to have sex), set a budget for fun stuff like partying and dating and stick to it, start a savings account now and leave it alone, and... when you get your heart broke, don't say we didn't warn ya :p

I'm pretty sure an alcoholic designed the interior... The driver can reach 7 cup holders, there is 9 total.... I'm a small guy and I still wouldn't be comfortable in the back seat area for more than a couple miles... So it's really only comfortable for a couple adults and 2 kids in the back.... 9 cup holders? Someone must get VERY thirsty lol
 
Hah, I know what that's all about. My van has 12 and on each booster seat there is 2, so there is 16 total in the vehicle lol.

Slightly off-topic, but that reminds me of a funny story...

When I was in high school in the 80's a buddy from shop class "built" a "redneck hot rod" out of a beat up Ford Maverick. Which mostly meant he painted it lime-green, poured some STP in the gas tank, welded a deer-catcher/brush-guard on the front bumper... and proceeded to re-upholster the entire interior with 70's-style yellow/orange shag carpeting. He also installed a steering wheel made of chromed logging chain, and festooned the whole thing with dingle balls and fuzzy dice and air fresheners. :p

He did all this with nary a hint of irony, BTW... he sincerely thought it was the coolest thing on wheels, and he was sure it would make him wildly popular with the girls. I don't know for certain how that worked out for him, but I can take a wild guess and say, "probably not great"...

When he drove it to school to show off to our Metals teacher, Mr. Stocco complimented him on the good welds on the brush-guard he made, and then remarked that the interior looked and smelled like "a French whorehouse I wouldn't be caught dead in". :D

ETA: he did get an A+ for the brush-guard he designed and built and installed himself... that was his big year-end project for class, and his vision and execution counted for a lot in Mr. Stocco's eyes. He definitely nailed that part :thumbup:

Whether or not a crappy mid-70's Maverick should have a brush-guard in the first place is, shall we say, open for debate... lol.

It's nicer than it looks in my cheesy snapshots. :thumbup: The bevels are not blackened or coated, it just looks that way due to angle and the flash. They have a nice clean belt finish.

Frankly, I now feel a little bad about not contributing something fancier to the fun. But the cat who got my plain-jane SideKick seems happy with it, so I guess that's OK.

Probably gonna be upgrading to a PS4 soon. I plan on getting Star Wars Battlefront, Destiny, and maybe Just Cause 3 and/or Fallout 4 if I enough moneys. What other games do y'all suggest?
 
Gah, I want a PS4 just for that! Thinking of getting 2 ps3's so me and my daughter can play stuff together.
We're particularly interested in Final Fantsy XIV. I played FFXI for about 5 years before prying myself from it...
MMORPGs are hard to keep up with when ppl play it constantly, then they get so far ahead you're kinda left behind. At least with 2 of us we wouldn't have to worry about that. 99% of the game is team up missions etc and solo is just grinding exp or farming items or money.
