That's cool, B. Was over at a friend's this evening discussing hardtails. Mine's 20 years old and his is....damn near to 20.

I SO want a doppelspringer. But Zathras can never have nice things.

my 1984 hardtail is a panasonic ATB - currently in parts, but i have them all - Winter rebuild. i might hand it off for a basic true-ing

the next bike is a Fisher Sugar 2 - recently restored. "guest bike" :D tight.

latest bike - amaze balls. wow. overfue in my life. Specialized FSR Stumpjumper Comp 6Fattie...

I personally don't see what the big deal is about bringing up old threads. There's a lot of useful info out there. I like seeing some of the stuff I've completely forgotten about being brought back to life.
 
Snow already!! deeyamn. Its still 17-20C here :D

I would go with the hibernation. Or maybe even a migration to a warmer climate.

I don't mind the old ones with good info or post your pix of... But the posts that basically have the answer to the question the poster is asking, yeah not something I really look forward to.
 
Well, 46 more posts to go until this thread is done. Should only take 3 months or so.

Every time I try to test out the 710 Topper there's a wildfire. Literally. God does not want me to review this knife.

I think so too Dubs. Some of the best info on the interwebs is right here. Biscuit made a really cool post one time, but I can't remember what it was about....

Someone might better get working on the new snark or it could be a snark free November if we just count on plain motivation.
 
i don't think people like this thread no more, so... might as well get rid of them :D
 
Hardtails? I have a few hardtails, but this is my favorite. It still turns heads at Sunday River.
