None of the above. :D

How about
Odin - Odin is associated with healing, death, royalty, the gallows, knowledge, battle, sorcery, poetry, frenzy, and the runic alphabet

or

Thor - hammer-wielding god associated with thunder, lightning, storms, oak trees, strength, the protection of mankind, and also hallowing and fertility

or

Loki - the trickster, a shapeshifter, the embodiment of contradictions.

Then there is AXT, which is German for Axe.

And Hammer, which is German for ..... Hammer. :D

I have had a dog named Loki, a boxer... and a buddy currently has a chow named Thor.

Appreciate the suggestions fellas but i think I'm naming him Battle... The wife doesn't like Wimp but likes Battle.

And i have never heard of a dog named Battle... I'm sure somewhere some one has done it... But not common for sure.

I love the name Karma for a girl dog... But i never get a girl dog so i never get to use it lol

I have a BM Contego in M4 - only other thing I can compare it to is, for the feeling of cutting with it (if that make any sense...), is something similar to A2. Fine-grained toothiness. I haven't had any reason yet to even touch the Contego's blade....still sharp as when I got it over a year ago. Granted, I only carry it a few times a month - but I was slicing through errant blackberry canes the last time it was in my pocket. Seems like pretty good steel.

plus, doesn't it have something to do with bright wolves?

M4 is a personal favorite. When kept between 61 and 64 (@ .030 bte and 12-15 dps) it seems to land right I a sweet spot of edge retention, ease of maintenance and lack of worry from accidental contact with anything that one would cringe at.
I have ran my ZT0770cfM4 with edges ranging from 220 grit toothy to 10k+ polished and it was easy to maintain either way (I prefer toothy) but that is due to my work conditions.

Materials normally encountered are plastic, double walled cardboard, pallets, inadvertent contact with steel and aluminum machinery parts, raw meats, and basically anything in a warehouse (that I haven't already named).

For a frame of reference, my BK11 would last 1-2 days and wouldn't cleanly slice paper, BK11csm and vg10 endura can go 1-3. Cruwear will go 3-5 days and my M4 will go 5-7 days. These are averages dependant heavily upon workloads, but just to give you an idea.

That all being said, I carry a Cruwear manix daily and my ZT stays at home. I can easily touch up the cruwear on a butchers steel, is Faster to sharpen and isn't as prone to staining.

Thanks for the input fellas!!

I'm seriously considering picking up a folder in M4. Not too happy with the elmax on my ZT 560. From what I've found however most of the M4 blades are on the shorter side. Looks like I've got some looking around to do.

There is a few Spyderco sprint runs in M4 for a PM or PM2. They come up on the exchange every now and again.

I believe I came across a Spyderco Gayle Bradley. It's smaller than I'd like to carry. The Benchmade 810 looks like a good candidate.

How about picking up an 810 and have it reground?
Josh from Razor Edge Knives does regrinds. These photos are of his 810 that I shamelessly stole for future reference, my apologies.

That being said, they have made a Benchmade 710 in M4, but it is a rare bird and in Very high demand from users and collectors alike.

Yep, good luck on the one in the exchange.

MMmm... excellent blend:

This is the best kind of science.

Many beers are improved by blending. I like both of these, but didn't want the full-power Ginga Ninja, so cut it with my favorite session IPA.
Whoever took home the leavings from the Gathering might have the ingredients available to repeat the experiment...

I don't know what the word actually means.

oh, now i'm sad for being "very good" :D

plus i'll have to see if my local "the beer store" carries this Gingavitis stuff.

20 and 4 listed in the fixed-blade exchange.

Yup. Got 10cm dumped on us yesterday. Boo-urns. Hopefully should be melted away by the end of next week so I can get all our summer stuff packed away.

WOW!!!! I was just complaining to my wife this morning about how Fall needed to show up here, but I'm not ready for something like snow in October.
