I won't say a thing.In related news, I didn't lose a knife this time!

What do you guys think is the best type of kayak, the sit-in, or sit-on-top? Why?

They make kayaks for big dudes. For instance, the OK Big Game Angler is rated for 550-600 pounds!

That's a 13' OK Prowler Angler Edition. It was my first 'yak. I don't even think they make that exact boat any more. Here it is tricked out for striper fishing.

Ocean Kayak is good stuff. Also, check out the Wilderness SOT's (Tarpons). Perception is a sister company of Wilderness and makes good 'yaks. Malibu, Hobie, etc. also have good boats.
Edit: Maybe they do still make it, or maybe I just found old stock. But I found it at Flander Fountain. Says it's rated for 450 lbs.
If I were buying now, I'd probably go for one of the Ocean Kayak Tridents. Those are sweet.

Me and the Major took our boys out for a nice little hike down a creek we have been to several times, and cooked up some breakfast. Had good times. Only wanted to strangle the boy a few times. Vast improvement. Pics shortly. Also, 5.11 Rush 72 is freaking awesome. Had it fully loaded down, and no issues at all. I even had two full bottle carriers attached on the sides, and all it did was make the whole getup wider.
