Figured my BK5 and 15 could use some kydex so I went to Julio's site to order some, got to looking around and saw he can also whip up a sheath for the Grass Machete so I ordered one of those too. Then I saw he was making Parangatang sheaths so I added that to the pile. 'Cept I need to order a Parangatang...

Julio, you need to start making Heavy Warthog sheaths too.
 
Nice Hoss!! I need me some kydex for a 4, 16, warthog, and heavy bowie.... as far as ka-bars go anyway.... Need a few more for other knives as well... In time.


Im going camping June 6th-7th, and again the 20-21st for father's day weekend. Reserved the spots today. Im excited to get back out. Speaking of that i need to order me a tarp for my hammock... These will be my last camping trips up here, hopefully the weather works out!!

The 4, 16, and heavy bowie will be easy, everybody makes sheaths for those. I haven't found anyone yet that has a Heavy Warthog to mold from.

I really want one of the covered leather sheaths for my BK5. Similar to the one WW has for his Swamp Rat. There is just a hole in my pocket right now as the wife is almost done her maternity leave. The budget is;

Wow. Nice. Ryan W knives are the s#$%. I got my first one a couple of weeks ago. One of his older ones and not what everyone would call a looker but like it alot none the less. If didn't have a cat sleeping on me would have gotten up and taken a more appropriate pic. Cant upset precious.

Yep its W2!! I like the hamons he gets on W2!!

This one was $400. I picked all the most expensive options. Exotic woods, bolster, g10 spacer, W2 with hamon, leather sheath, mosaic pins etc. All added to the price... The hamon adds ~$65 to the price by itself IIRC... But i have wanted one of his knives for a while, and didnt want to go basic with it.

Yeah the hamon looks awesome. Wish mine had one.

Mine was definately more affordable for me. $100. Think it's a great deal for what it is. Haven't used it much yet but like the overall feel of it.

Ya if your gonna go custom might as well go all out. That one looks well worth it.
