Damn Jerry, that's one amazing camping experience right there brother. Best photo essay ever

I always have a good handle on my package. Shipping companies on the other hand.... not so much. I feel your pain Greg :thumbdn:

This was my Sunday:

Great shots there Cbear.

Jerry, that was a touching and very poignant piece. I didn't know whether to cry, get drunk or just run off somewhere.

Jerry's picture made me feel a little tingly down there.

You have an amazing ability to communicate the bliss of a complete experience.

Thank you & thank you.... It makes a good happy place to go to. Bacon cooking over cast iron heated over wood coals.

Fun stuff! I definitely plan to go next year. I might even try to hit some of the qualifying as well as carb-day.

Thank you. You know.... Those are not mutually exclusive activities.

Well tomorrow is the last day of school for my 4th grader. Cant believe he's gonna be in 5th grade already. Time flies, I took him out to bass pro to get fitted in a bow and to shoot. He loved it. I'm so glad he loves the ourdoors like I do.

I feel ya bro...my daughter will finish 6th grade in a few days. It was one thing with my son, but she's all outgrowing bras and stuff, ugh...watching your son get manly gives you pride, watching your daughter get womanly hurts your feelings

Thanks... Now the package is back at DFW...

On a positive note, I finished this tonight. I had the 9" AAC upper for a while, but just finished the SBR lower with Troy PDW stock tonight. Nice compact package even with the AAC 762-SDN-6 mounted.

My soon to be 5th grader likes the outdoors, too...and knives, but she's not as trustworthy as I'd like with the steel....

My older one graduates from 8th grade in a coupla weeks. I dunno how it happened, but she's already a young woman. More executive function than 99% of the adults I know, though...including myself (pretty low bar for me, I'll admit). She'll likely have the world by the cojones by the time she graduates high school, no doubt. My little one might, too....but probably in a different way .
