I think around 20 for the vial was crazy really too. Its only around an inch long. It does glow really good at night.. But still... Its only like an inch long.

They do have the plastic sealed ones on the river store last i looked too for around 20 all in. But dont look as nice IMO.

The casing i have is stainless steel and was 23 bucks and came with a GiTD pellet. I replaced it with the vial. They also sell a titanium casing with glow pellet for 36 bucks. Both fit the same size trit vial. A "cheap" alternative compared to some of the custom titanium trit beads.

Lol, just how many of the emeralds do you want for your $200. Because that doesn't even cover the cost of the stones. We'll discuss the cost of the knife later! :D
 
WW, just checking, did you get the email this time? I sent it from my Nook and it's old and glitchy so I'm not sure if it even worked then lol.

tritium is in theory, not for domestic sale in the usa for "stupid reason"... so i doubt amazon sells them?

hey, can you just grind those emeralds off anyway? some people don't like knives with handles or sheaths and make their own :D

Didnt look into it too much but i think i remember reading something about it could be sold here if the seller had a permit or something like that... But i dont know for sure.

Either way there are a few options on the river store site, from a 3rd party seller/s... Just quite a bit more expensive than i remember when i looked 9 months to a year ago... Type tritium keychain up top and you'll see a couple.

Father's Day approaches. I want a new one. Mostly cleaning up post grinding, but if I could figure out how to configure it to catch dust while grinding - bonus!

How many HPs do I need? I'm in a 2 car garage. Space is always a premium.

edit: Any thing other than gallons and HP to be paying attention to here?

you probably want a "dust separator"

look up "thien baffle" and on youtube as well

i would buy the biggest sucker you can get on some river store...

or perhaps the freight of harbor...

but it's the dust separator that is key
 
Looks like a busy day here. I didn't do much at all. Lots to do tomorrow though. Trip to the dumpground, grass to now, plumbing, possible trip out of town to pick up a bathtub, and maybe some fishing if I'm lucky.

Right now I'm contemplating on ordering a color matched grill for my pickup or a ZT 0450.

There is a roofed "carport" that we want to turn into a pavilion for grilling and eating outside... I mentioned the idea to my father and he brought this home from his river property.

Lol. Yes it has a grill and no I don't have a 0450. I just want a different grill for it. It has a bit to much chrome right now, so I want to tone it down a bit. I have lots of things I want to do to the pickup and have been slow to do it, so I was thinking I should get after it.

Those good wood picnic tables are tough to find. Nice score! I hope I can find one after I buy a house.
 
I get that, back when i had cars i sunk most my play money in them... Kind of a blessing i dont have to deal with it now... The wife's gives us enough headache as it is LOL

And yea man the local high school down there sells those picnic tables to raise money. My father said he prolly has 6 or 7 of them scattered around. Funny when i went to that school the only thing we were doing in shop class was cutting our names out with band saws... The only thing we got good at making was excuses for being late. :D
