Very cool! I like how you repurposed the brake drum.Got to fittin' the new blower and the old brake drum together Saturday. I fired it up to see how it held a fire. Today with yesterday's attempt in mind, I had a bit better pyromaniacal experience.
The west coast ain't known for coal deposits, so I'm just burnin' scrap wood. Not too bad a fuel for the price, and I can dip my toe into forging. Saturday I bent this old mechanical jack handle into a fire pot tender. We be forgin'!

It's like guns and many other things...only bad in the wrong hands. 400 ft high is the max legal limit. That's where I'll more than likely keep it at. Private property refers to land, air space is another animal controlled by the FAA. I do understand what you're saying though.I have mixed feelings with drones . I can see usefulness but there's Lot of potential for abuse I don't think they should be allowed to fly over private property without permission.
I have a little Holy Stone HS210 for that, haha.A little surprised you're not practicing touch and go in the living room with it while waiting for the wind to die down
I know about the FAA stuff I used it many years ago with a deer I killed. Shot from my mother's property at a deer on my cousin's property across a cranky old man property. It's like guns and many other things...only bad in the wrong hands. 400 ft high is the max legal limit. That's where I'll more than likely keep it at. I have my TRUST certificate. That's all I need to fly recreational. My drone is sub 250 grams, so I don't have to have a commercial license.Got a pilot's Lisenze?![]()
