Sneak Peek. . . The Busse Combat "Urban Grudge". . . .

So there is only one piece of every knife ? Hard to believe... But anyway, what are my chances that my email will come first when my location is in Central Europe. And 9pm-10pm EST is here 3am-4am CET of the next day. I think I'll just pass this twisted game even though I would like to buy this knife...
(Didn't mean to offend anyone.)

The Santa Ganza was a different type of Ganza...we only had 1 of each knife:)

The ShamRuckO'ganzaaaa will have a limited quantity of each knife...You get in quick you will score...I do not have the specifics of how many of each(I have been slammed at work).. ect, ect, but many will have a chance to score what they are asking...some will not just depends on quick you are with the GO GO GO:)

So am I correct when I assume that this Ganza is also different from the Santa Ganza in that we are attempting to secure an opportunity to buy the offered knives, rather than in some sort of giveaway?

The Santa Ganza was the first one I've been around to see so apologies for the dumb question!

.

Jaxx says it looks like a HG-55, but I say it looks like Jerry was trying to satisfy all the people that want a knife similar to a original Satin Jack (and NO, I don't mean a straight handle Satin Jack, I mean the original Satin Jack). It looks thinner than 1/4" in the picture, 3/16" would be great!

.
:D

Not that I wouldn't mind it at 3/16...but with a usable choil like that, it would be nice to have some flat spine left between the swedge grinds so one can choke up on it with the thumb placed further up the blade... So I'm thinking it'll be in the .25" range, but .22" might still be thick enough to allow this. :) ...And it definitely has that SJ appeal!

Yep, that's correct. :)

I'll bite, Randucci. If the SHSJ is not the original Satin Jack, got a pic to post of what it (the OSJ) actually looks like?

I would think so. All previous 'Ganzas have required our spending the money.

Better stay away from the casino then. If you look at the shape of the talon hole and the scale pattern it is exactly the same as this

HG55LE.jpg

The handle has been modded and the blade has been reshaped but I am pretty confident it is in the HG55 family.

Hey! That's my knife! I'll have to get a UG to match. . .

Looks fast sir, something I don't usually associate with the Busse name, keep up the great work, I really do like the look.

I'm not Tim, but I would bet that this is the point he's trying to make: There is no such thing as the SHSJ. Just the Satin Jack and the Satin Jack TAC. The SHSJ nonsense was started by some busybody on here looking to stir things up.

Don't even get me started on HOGFSH....

Meet The Busse Combat "Urban Grudge"

That is VERY awesome. There is a LOT to like about that knife.

One thing I "think" I might wish were a bit different would be to have a bit longer flat area on the spine for the thumb when choked up into the choil.

That false edge might be a bit rough on thumbs when choked up.

Maybe have the flat or Meltdown spine about an inch longer or out to about the front of the logo (?????) or so.

Otherwise VERY FINE looking knife.

I hope the price is something I can afford. :o

I'm thinking (hoping) that it's at least like the HG55 at the spine, where there's still about 1/16" of flat spine left to rest a thumb on as far down towards the tip as one would need. Much more comfortable than a false edge. :D

Point taken, thanks. So, perhaps, the SHSH II should be referred to as the SH II as the "straight handle" designation can be considered incorrect or at least redundant.
