I looked at the KA-BAR website along with a couple of online knife stores and found no info. I am seeing all the references to the BK-2. How is it different? What is the length of the blade, weight and thickness compared to a BK-2? Is is a shorter, thicker BK-7? Is the grip the same size as the large Beckers?
I've got the 2 and the 16 and the classic KA-BAR do I need a 10? If it will slice veggies I may be able to slip it in under the radar, without the wife knowing. They all look like black knives to her. "Honey, whats this box you just got in the mail?", "Oh, I had a problem with a knife I purchased and they replaced it...it's your favorite color, black....nice to have it back at home!"
