More evidence of just how well Case does 'blue.'

I don't own one blue knife. There's a few here I'd be real happy with though. Great thread!

Seconded. It seems that having the blues can sometimes be a good thing. Is it possible to be blue with envy?! Okay, I'll stop now.

Some favorites: the GEC 33s, the Esnyx'd peanut and the "big nut," and the spearpoint Erickson blue/black G-10. Thanks to everyone for sharing.

Great thread, I've never seen so many great lookin' blues. I only have a few, here's one.

I have such affection for the #38 frame, I'm amazed I haven't yielded to its charms in blue before now (let alone, blue with a wharncliffe main!). Pomsbz, I especially like the deeper blue in yours. What a beauty!

I'm carrying a bit of Case blue barnboard today.

Well, I'll be. Thanks for posting it here. :)

Dang, I knew I should have copyrighted Barootiful, once coined. Or maybe it should simply be, Bluetiful? ;) And I'll say again: Northwoods/KSF is doing a bang-up job with blue.

The blue on your newest(?) alox, as seen here and in others' pictures above, is probably as good as it gets. For blue alox. :)

Another shot of my mediterranean blue wharncliffe trapper, in a warmer time:

This mini copperhead began life clad in desultory, faded amber bone. I like Case's amber bone when done well; this one... wasn't. I'm not wholly satisfied with my blue-ing, but it's now blue all the same (and a very fine knife, whatever the cover color):

Here's your knife's clip counterpart; I call it my "air knife," so little does it weigh with its linerless G10 sides.

Nice pics of the Air-Ickson, ~P! Ken don't make no ugly knives!
