Everyone needs a Waki. The best Bussekin sword ever produced, IMO. But you're not getting mine. I searched too long and hard to get one. But it was worth it.

Congrats on scoring one. Decided a while ago that I’d track down a Waki on secondary instead of ordering a BG AK47, so now I have neither.

Sorry to hear that. Keep trying/looking. It is RARE for a Waki to come up on the secondary market, but not unheard of. Especially if another sword is released.

Well... yeah! But, TBH, only if the Waki wasn't a choice, or it was a second.
I managed to get one of the limited Rucki's that were offered several years ago. In antique bronze. Cerakote, I believe. That thing is SWEET! Unfortunately, I happened to let my daughter see it.... "I like that! And I don't have a sword." So.... now it is officially HER Rucki. Of the two, I really prefer the Waki. It IS a little heavier in the hand, but is balanced quite well, IMO. And there is more to hold on to with the support hand if you want to go full wild with it. Rucki would probably be better for really in close.

My vote for Users is to get a raw dog and patina it.
I think your speckled blue one looks cool for a wall hanger. I'd keep that one pretty.
