Splitback Whittlers at their Best!

Here are a few more splitbacks (that I almost gave up posting because of the blasted slow server response!) All three are small humpbacks ... Tuna Valley, Robeson, and Colonel Coon.

Nice looking splitbacks.

Would someone be willing to post a couple of GEC 38 English Whittler and Schrade 804 comparison pics? Thank you!

Here is a 2002 Case which was offered to me at the Oregon knife show in that year!
The show was closing, and a Case dealer was trying to clear out some stock. He remembered me picking it up earlier in the show, and walked it over to my table and quoted me a ridiculously low price. Nice pearl, I could not refuse!!🤗

It looks so nice with Nickel liners and wedge!!

There is hardly a knife or pattern I don't like, but... Whittlers are definitely in my top 5 favorite patterns.
This wonderful thread from waynorth sure highlights some nice examples.
Here is an old pre-WWII Car-Van whittler which was another name used by the Canton Cutlery Co.
Car-Van was actually the parent company name. A light "Car-Van" etch is visible on the main blade.
