Save yourself the time and anguish. eBay doesn't care when individuals report items.

Years of experience reporting fakes. The only one that can have an effect is Spyderco themselves via eBay's VeRO program to which they already belong.
The bottom line is eBay just doesn't care because if a item gets sold regardless of whether it's authentic or not they collect their fee.
Good to hear you got your money back, and that the slime ball is gone!Well, today I got my refund for the fake pm2 and I believe the jack ass was removed from eBay because it appears he all of a sudden has nothing for sale anymore!! Good riddance to another scum bag

I've reported the same knife six days straight.....just to watch it run its full duration.
I once had a guy use 6 of MY photos that I ran a little over a month prior to sell a Spyderco Karambit out of Israel.
I had several people from eBay on the telephone in regard to it.....they did nothing.
Hello, I received this yesterday. The box was scratched up and one of the corners was torn up but the barcode label does check out. According to the date stamp it was manufactured 9/14. The knife was also obviously used and handled; the G10 was stained/discolored on one side.
Everything else checks out but the wording and sigs on the blade are really 'off' compared to all the pics I've seen. I'm 99.4% sure this is the real deal but I'd rather be 100% certain. Also, it does have slight side-to-side play and the detent is particularly strong which may be why it was returned in the first place. Neither of those really bother me tho'.

I don't know if you are coming back to check this but that looks legit. Jimping is angled backwards and the lock cut out is smooth.
If the lanyard hole liner is chamfered and the clip screws had little to no shoulder then I would agree it's legit.
BUT ... the only thing that bothers me is location of the funky E symbol between the blade hole and the scale. From the pics, it looks too close to the handle and not centered between the scale and hole. Could just be the pics' angles/lighting.
