the text is a bit funny.

I guess if it's made very near the real plants it must be good.

If it doesn't have an opening hole.Buy from known dealers and you will be fine.
 
This guy looks like "fake dealer". He is already sold at least three fake UKPK in the last couple month and selling more. He even posted in the previous add that he was notified and still selling fakes.

Best part was when I Left negative feedback "she" tried to deny it. Not so much when she was refunding my, but when everyone else could see. I rebutted and told people to contact me if they wanted details
 
Hey guys first post here. I just ordered and received a Paramilitary 2 off of ebay. I'm kinda paranoid after finding this thread I may have gotten a fake. It seems real, but I'm not an expert on them. Only reason I ordered from ebay was because I couldn't find one elsewhere. Here is the link to the closed auction.

From the one pic it looks ok. Also I have never seen a fake para2.

Thanks, that makes me feel better. I don't believe I'll be buying knives off ebay anymore. I'll try to exercise some patience and wait til they get in stock at reputable dealers.

I guess my only other concern was I only remember seeing one of the makers marks on the blade. I have looked through numerous pics and notice they don't always seem to be in the same place. So, when I get home I'll have to check that out.

Yes I sent a message to that seller as well. Sent them the link to the Spyderco page showing what the real one looked like and this was a fake, no reply. Feel sorry for the winning bidder.

I reported that Item FOUR times to eBay. I guess having 35K+ Feedback gets you some latitude.

He was pretty specific in listing "Spyderco", "N690Co", "G&G Design", and "Italy" as the Country of Origin
