I've heard that the original Gayle Bradley was a very smooth knife.
For those that have both, or that have at least tried the original, any thoughts on how this stacks up smoothness-wise?

Wow, just wipe it off with an oil cloth afterwards. It's a production knife that's fairly reasonable. Use itUmmmmm wait!! You got that thing wet??!?! I'm terrified to use my original for fear of rust or jacking it up. Sadly it's been a safe queen :-/
