Spyfanman - Where is the birthday card (certificate of Authenticity)? the Conclusion

In my opinion:

SPY is probably one of the sickest people I've encountered at BF. Sure, there have been thieves and liars here in the past but nothing I've ever seen before has stood out so blatantly as an in-your-face lack of conscience as we have here with this turd.

It's hard for me to imagine that even a Sub-human Scumbag Scam-artist(i.e., I call it "the 3 S syndrome") like SPY wouldn't eventually give up his con and cave in to the pressures that are being brought on by others who are wise to his BS. It's hard for me to imagine that even a sociopath like SPY wouldn't eventually come around and have some sting of conscience aroused by his obvious lack of moral character and his flagrantly reprehensible dishonesty.....

.....but then again, there is a selfishly sick and twisted sub-human satisfaction I'm getting here seeing this douchebag continue to do the things I've come to expect from him. Sadly I admit, I think it would probably disappoint me to see him not live up to my expectaions and behave in any other manner at this point.
 
According to posts...Spy definitely has the knife.
Dino has an email from PayPal stating the $$ was being credited to his account.
looks like "DONE" Describes it.
Spy has rattled his sabre alleging damage to the knife and a "missing" build sheet but admits to having no proof to substantiate an appeal.

We'll see how SPY deals with yet another scam he's now setting up regarding his bogus claims about the knife not being in the same condition when he got it back as when he sent it, and the birthday card that he "forgot" to send with the knife but now insists he eventually sent it to dinokay after the fact and now claims dino still has it. According to SPY, and I quote from the other thread, "Later the card was found, proof via photo sent, and mailed out to you. You should be receiving it any day now."

Sure, it was sooooooooo important to show he in fact had the card that he took a photo of it to prove it was found and just dropped it in the mail.....Yeah, right.

I guess taking a photo of the certificate was all he felt he needed to do to prove it was mailed to dino. I guess there was no need to bother mailing the thing in a manner that would show proof that he did in fact mail it to him?.....a document so important to the buyer that it would have spoiled the deal if he didn't get it. Sure.

I think maybe I'll get into the scamming side of this knife selling business. There's a fortune to be made if your dishonest enough. Heck, I can sell a knife to a sucker, get paid for it, then take a picture of the knife to prove I mailed it to him. Let's see him prove he never got it....hehehehehe!

I think it's over and he's just running his trap to try to save face a little. He know he hasn't got a leg to stand on if he tries something else. Hopefully he'll slink off to his corner and lick his wounds, while thinking long and hard before he tries to sell another knife around here.

This really isn't pointed at you sinsanity, more a general comment about responding to Spy,

What makes you think he has the original parts? He said so?
If this clown said today is Friday, I wouldn't believe him.
At this point, reacting at all to anything he has to say is merely feeding the troll.
 
With all the BS Dino has had to go through to get a refund, do you really think he would take a chance on not getting his money back, by potentially damaging the knife?

SPY, you really are a sick, demented individual. I always knew people like you existed, but never thought I would ever find on. You truly need to take some of your knife money, and get profesional help.
You obviously can't play well with others...

Yes sir indeed. Things are looking good except Mr. Kalandtzis failed to include the birthday card with the knife he shipped back to me. I am hoping he still has a little integrity left in him after lying about me making that phone call to end this debacle and not let the claim play out. One would think one would be grateful and happy seeing another admit his mistake, apologize, and then end a dispute in favor of the opposing party. Oh well, all of humanity can't be all good. Maybe some sense of guilt will convince him to mail the card back to me in a week or so just as long as I receive it. I am not going to file an appeal to the claim since A) I ended it early and B) this drama-filled craziness has gone on long enough. If Mr. Kalandtzis doesn't have a change of heart (as I did) then I will most likely contact Chris Reeve and see what can be done. Just wanted to say thanks for lending your time to this issue and should you not take my original apology as sincere in the beginning of the thread then I would gladly re-state it here. Keep up the good work.

I totally see how you can see it that way if you believe the lies that have permeated this thread by captain Kalandtzis. Should you have a moment or two of clarity, I think you would see it quite differently. If one fails to embrace the evidence, then there is no hope for rationality and rightousness.

If you follow my tracks I am sure you will get away with quite a bit of loot. I mean look, I have my knife back and Mr. Kalandtzis has his money. I would say I made out like a bandit!

Seriously though, I feel a little bad for you as the wool has been pulled over your eyes. However, it was partly your own doing when you failed to take a good hard look at the evidence presented. With all the time spent writing your hateful posts, you could have made a nice call to a lovely miss Cecilia at Paypal. I am sure you could have convinced her to give you a YES or NO answer regarding the true outcome of the claim and if it was ended early by yours truly. But, naaaaah, that could be too much work. It is too bad you believed a lie and turned your head to the credit and compliments I gave you in the original thread for help in changing my mind and doing the right thing. I take the time to write you as I feel bad you were deceived and cheated out of what was meant to be something sincere. I think Mr. Kalandtizis owes you an apology and a thanks.

A simple yes/no question for Mr. Ryan Posey/Spyman:

Do you have any documented proof of mailing or receipt that the paperwork was sent to Mr. Dino? A photo of the knife's paperwork is not proof of mailing.

If the answer is Yes, then posting it would validate your claim.

If the answer is No, then your assertion cannot be taken seriously.

Do you expect a straight forward answer on this? Because I can sum up what he will say...

At this time I believe we have realized, any rational discussion with Mr. Spy is pointless, as it has been this whole time. You can't reason with a crazy person.

You're right. I'll just stop feeding the troll! Sad that he is still deluding himself into believing whatever fantasy he has going on is the truth.
