As I have read through this whole sordid affair, I continue to wonder what exactly must a member do to merit expulsion? I am new here, but not new to on-line forums nor on-line selling and buying. I respect the moderators' jobs of any given forum, and am not looking to damn someone gratuitously. That said, this situation seems fairly clear cut --> A seller knowingly misrepresented an item as "new" when it was not; a buyer made a purchase for a "new" item that was not "new"; an ugly "he said, he said" ensued, with the matter becoming public. The misrepresentation alone would appear to be sufficient for banning an individual; factor in the ongoing war of words, denials, etc. and it appears again to be sufficient cause for banning said individual. If not, I'm curious what more a person in a similar situation would need to do. Once the lines of trust and integrity have been compromised in a selling venue, there is no going back. Thus, the seller, whose trust and integrity are now seriously damaged, would seem to have no right to be here any longer.
