Back around the first of October we were contacted by Steve to see if we would like to carry his custom knives. Danny and I discussed it and decided to order a few knives to make sure the transactions went smoothly. On October 9th I sent the first of two payments. On October 14th I sent the second payment which covered the full purchase and shipping. Steve assured me it would only be a few weeks before they shipped. A few days after they should have arrived I called Steve and found his phone disconnected. I emailed him and got a responce a day or two later. He explained he simply changed carriers. Up until two weeks ago he available by phone and has had valid excuses for not having shipped my knives. The last two weeks I have sent 3 or 4 emails, and tried to call him at least twice a day and have had no response. I am going to report the Paypal payments as fraudulent if this post doesn't somehow find a way to his ear. I believe Steve to be honest but he does have $288 dollars of our money and we don't have any knives. He doesn't answer emails, and doesn't even have an answering machine to leave a message. If anyone here has his new cell number please give him a call and have him contact me. I'll post results as soon as he contacts us to resolve this.
