Do you have a picture of your "Mozzetta"? I guess it would be interesting to show it around here (I don't own one).
Here in Sardinia, those knives were (and still are) used to collect cork (and the lack of point makes them safer, lowering the risk of accidental piercing into cork).

Welcome to the forums and thank you so much for posting these pictures, these are beautiful knives and beautiful pictures.

It will take me a week of drooling over these pictures to even pick a favorite and I very much doubt I will be able to do that either.
