Stockman roundup.. Lets see 'em...

Thank you Robb. I appreciate the kind words. There are more than a few in this thread that I hope to find one day. Im hoping to see more of this pattern from the current makers. Maybe an SFO or two could get a new 4" stockman and a sowbelly produced.

Thank you for the compliments on the knives, guys! There are a lot of nice collections in this thread!

My only stockman for now, although I do have a Case CV Sowbelly on the way. This one is a Camillus Silver Sword medium canoe stockman, it's super thin for a 3-blade knife and only 3 3/8" closed, so it disappears in pocket.

Brett That Dixie you got hold of from the Exchange is a Prince. I actually think the dye job he did on the Osage Orange has improved it, a very nice find

I like this CASE Medium in Chestnut Bone/cv particularly as is has no Spey. That blade is clearly 'traditional' on the pattern-for obvious reasons - but I have no use or liking for it. Pen or Drop point any day. Was carrying it today when I visited the country place, still very cold out there though, -10c at nights hrrrrhhh!

Quite jealous of the three on the right. I miss my 897UH!

Connor

Thanks Connor. I got that UH from my grandfather in law. Carried it to my second lil girl's birth. The serialized 02 is for her birthdate. A for the 82, I just like it.

This one just came in today. Carhartt Medium Stockman w/ Punch by Case. Very good looking knife. The G10 scales are done beautifully. Very impressed.

That Blackwood Abilene has a lot of style!

Some people berate the cloud shield, not me, I like it.

Thanks, Will

I'm with you on that Will, the cloud shield is among my favorites (and that 81 is stunning).

Brett, you have some mighty fine stockman

Here is my collection minus the imobound 82 in micarta!! Love the stockman!

KBA, did you miss this one so much you got another or where you hoarding a backup?

Thanks for the kind words folks.

KP, this is actually my 3rd one to buy. :eek:I ran across it a few weeks ago and noticed it had the serial number as the jigged 81 above. I had to sell a few to get it, but the gentleman off a site I can not mention dropped the price to a fair deal imo. I got tired of waiting on GEC to do another run.

Love that Yellow Rose KP.
