Stockman Sunday picture show

That's what I understood as well but would add that they're both STOCK Knives,. The Cattle Knife tends to favour bigger sizes and is equal-end, it may have a Spear as master blade. Pen or Punch blades may be offered.

Levine 1985:244 states that 90% of Cattles are EE but there are variants e.g. Premier is Serpentine, Eureka Swell-Centre Serp, Balloon straight Swell-Centre, Jumbo heavy Sleeveboard, Canoe which looks like its namesake, Surveyor Swell-Centre Canoe.

Queen Stockman WCSB. No.9 top just arrived and delighted with it, No.26 much used & carried a fine compact version. You want great W&T no blade rub or play? These deliver

About a week or so ago, I got out fly fishing for the first time this year. Spent a lot of time throwing dries, but it turned out the trout were still holding deep. Got to a nice hole and switched to a nymph. Got a brown to the net on the second or third cast. Only two in the net for the day, both caught subsurface. But, I can't complain! A bad day fishing is better than a good day working 😝 It's a Case 6332 that still hasn't found its way out of my pocket.

I also picked this up recently as I owned a lot of Old Timers but no "Open Stock" Schrades. The 34OT was one of my favorite Schrade stockmans. So, this 834 fit the bill perfectly. The blades seem really full and I'm honestly not even certain if it was ever sharpened. Backsprings are water tight... oiled inside the blade well and it just pooled. Still impressed by what Schrade was able to put out. A bargain for sure!
