It is human to make mistakes. If it was a continuous thing, ok, I could see a long time gripe.
Still a good knife company and as far as me saying I wouldn't touch that with a pole, well, I'm not about to get into a discussion about military service. I'm not trying to justify the actions of another man, I'm just stating his warranty service and knives are fantastic.
Given the rules and regulations I can't say much more without risking infractions and at the end of the day, love this place too much for that.
