glad you enjoy some hobbies other then XBOX truely I am ... but try losing the hobby of bragging and puffing out your chest trying to prove anything from hehind a computer ... it may save you alot of grief in the future ...

and the asking for a discount after saying you'll take it ... kinda messed up ...

and you fixed the lock stick with all your skills and years of wisdom ... that'll show em ...

oh wait maybe I didn't fix it ... could it possibly be theres something I don't know ? GASP ...

We all were there in one way or another.
That's the double edge of youth... You have all this passion and energy and confidence, but you really have no clue at all and think you're the greatest thing since sliced bread. Give him a couple years, he'll be shaking his head every time he thinks of this thread.

Don't give up on this guy. He does not have irredeemable qualities. Sometimes getting hazed builds character. Hope he has learned a lesson or two this eve.

Yes lesson learned for sure.. Still has the IRS and going with a TVS and a 100 shot soon.
 
No you're correct he's not past the chance to show some maturity and we have all stepped on our own tounges in our youth ... some as adults ... just hope maybe he can see the lesson in all of it

You know, the collective in here is quite a fair one. Your responses came as cocky and unmeasured right from the outset so you stepped in it deeply. I never insinuated that the seller was without fault but your bluster didn't let the conversation go in a litigious way. No worries though, it's been a good experience and I hope that people would not just summarily execute you in future considerations. The Mod also gave you some very sage advice, Heed!

Yeah, I went straight to a GBU thread S Sunny124 because thats where it was headed. When you go the original owner before me and I get threatened in the first PM there is nowhere to go but down from there. "If these don't get fixed i want a refund and youpaying shipping"

I'm not mad bro, this was a lot of fun. There was nothing wrong with that knife when you got it, we both know it. The original owner backs that up and I disassembled, cleaned and lubed it the day of the pictures. Had there been rust or lock stick I wouldn't have let the original owner slide. I hope it was just buyers remorse and not that you were trying to get one over on me.
 
A-MAC A-MAC Thanks for posting and bringing this to light. I've never bought from you, but I think we PM'd a bunch about something I just couldn't pull the trigger on (which I regret). Anyway, you were a real stand up guy and I thank you for that! :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

@jwh720 Thanks for posting this, although Sunny-boy was already on his way to ignore. I grew up blue-collar in a rich-kid town and had to endure High School with a bunch of entitlistic spoiled brats thinking they were the "shiz" because their daddy was a self made man. Karma has a way of enrolling kids like this into the school of hard knocks.

Ahhh, so it is your dad's car..... I mean really how much does he pay you? I mean you must be an A tech right? ASE certs right? You've been at his shop the longest right? Been building mod motors since you could crawl right? I know a kid like you, he worked for his father making Damn good money, even had a 03 Cobra R brand new. He barrel rolled it 6x coked out of his mind.
