He is only shipping new small knives to new customers. To keep the can kicking going.

Why not shut down new production for a month and catch up?

Why are you cutting new blanks instead of finishing those GSO12s or even the DBK ordered 5.1s?

It is quite wild to see someone who could have a great brand do everything so backwards.
 
I understand that for them shutting down new production to only complete backorders is financially impractical but a portion of the production process should be dedicated to backorder fulfillment if they honestly want to fulfill the orders that effectively make up the seed funding that got them to their current position. I am inclined at this point to expect all back orders to just be them waiting for refund request and only refunding when forced to or when convenient for them effectively making the preorders mostly an interest free loan.

They can't and aren't even trying to finish the years old preexisting orders. But they're also Not able to complete current orders. They're finishing just enough orders to survive and continue the ponzi scheme.

The price of knife vs cost of retaining an attorney, time investment and the potential return makes legal action unattractive for customers. The lack of potential recourse is probably why they slow walk / ignore refund requests and have never fulfilled the oldest orders.

yup. it is working for them for now. i think it is just a matter of time until it doesn't work any more...
 
Ordered yesterday their GSO 4.5 scandi (coated), they sent it the next day. I know it is decarburized magnacut batch, but we'll see how it performs. Might become my expensive "mora garberg replacement". :D
