Let's clear up a few things.

Most customers are happy with our customer service because we answer every call and email promptly and with respect. We’ve also issued every refund that has been requested.

My emails requesting a refund have not been answered, yet constant newsletter emails go out.

You are not answering emails promptly.

I have requested a refund and have still not received a response, let alone the refund itself.
