Got the belt loop and dangler today, very nice. Although the dangler runs a bit low for me the loop is perfect.

Necker 2? How about the 3.5? Been awhile since we heard an update on that. I remember when I was getting excited about the early February deadline. I remember, half joking, that we would be lucky to see them by St. Patrick's day. Oh well, just another day in the lives of fans of Survive! knives.

I have a backpacking trip in Hawaii at the end of the month that I had in mind when we pre-ordered the 3.5. Chose the 20CV option since I don't have any stainless fixed blades and don't want to take carbon down there. Delivery by Christmas was the original guesstimate and I thought the extra 4 months of wiggle room would be plenty. Looking less likely now. Picked up a stainless Mora yesterday as a backup plan.

That's too bad you more than likely won't have your blade by then... I'm not sure what that employee of Survive! was doing when he claimed these would be shipping in early Feb. I ordered on sept. 14th which in a week and a half will be 7 months. Sure hope we get updates soon.

That totally sucks. I would be livid and harassing Guy daily if I were you. I never did the preorder and I am glad. I have 5 survive knives and love them and I plain on buying a 20cv 5.1 but I had I done the preorder on any of them I would probably own 0 today.

I feel bad for you guys and it isnt my business. Hmmm Empathy who knew.

Not exactly livid, but I don't get very upset about much. Last time I actually lost my temper in public was over a false harassment case that was brought to HR against me from a recently dismissed employee. I was cleared but jeez was that whole process a pain.

Don't feel too bad. It won't hamper the enjoyment of my trip. The Mora will meet my fire building needs just fine, and it'll be the star of my beach edition knife pron pics.

Well no more preorders so this problem will soon be a problem of the past... next problem will just getting our hands on these great knives. Hurry GSO 3.5, I am super excited to have you meet your family!
