The wharncliffe bladed knife is superb, although the other one isn't too shabby either. What kind of wood are the scales? I am guessing ironwood, but that is only a guess.

I like the lines on the swayback, both knives are really nice! Congrats to you and Todd.

Here is a Mammoth Ivory slip joint I finished and sold.
I had been rounding the bolsters over a bit, on this knife I left them a bit more square.......

Thanks for the looks.

Now THAT"S a good looking folder! :) I tend to be more of a traditional "Drop Point" kind of guy, and this one looks great. ;)

This one arrived Friday from T.A Davison. Hope you can see the details. These are unfortunately my own pictures because the knife left the Davison "factory" without pictures. Ohhh - this is truly gorgeous mammoth!
Congrats to a great addition to your collection.

Thanks Peter, I sent the scales to Todd to put on the knife. I particularly like the bluish cracks that runs throughout the mammoth ivory.

That is some of the nicest fossil ivory I have seen on a folder. Congratulations on the owning the knife.

Thanks Rod, I see that you have good taste in scales. Thanks for the acknowledgement. Todd makes a great knife for sure!!!

Well I finally did it, 800 Folders done and sold.
The knife turned out great, it goes to a friend of my dads.
He has all the hundreds. Enjoy the new knife Jim. - Thanks!!

Congrats on 800 folders Todd!
I don't know if your dad's friend has a say in the patterns you choose for every hundredth knife, but either way that's a dandy.
