Tank Buster Specs & Options. . . . YOWZA!!!

I will be getting one LE & one DC. Anything else I can afford will be coated.

Cutting Edge Length:

With Choil: 5 7/8"

Without Choil: 6 3/8"



How is the cutting edge longer than the blade length ? Is the blade length measured to the top of the handle and the choil-less edge meaured to the bottom of the handle ?


EDIT: I don't know, doesn't look like that all works either.

In order to measure the cutting edge, we place the blade's edge on a piece of paper and roll it forward towards the tip. That way we get an accurate measure of the edge as it sweeps towards the tip. In other words, the extra length that you're seeing is from the curve in the cutting edge. :thumbup:

My "makes sense" window is somewhere in-between 5 and 6 drinks along with my pool playing skills! Whereas my INFI purchasing window is between 1 and pass-out # of drinks and then I may not learn of the purchase til the next day!:eek::D:D

BTW Bossman, is the new tequilla sunrise g-10 NOT going to be a option on this one???
 
So how does this knife compare, sizewise, with the JackHammer? About the same, no?

I wonder if any of the wizards here could Chop up a comparison?

Boss Hog, with all the combos available for combat grade, then I can get all the features of an LE in a CG except for the tigerhide micarta?
Am I getting it correct?
