Team Gemini Ultra Light Brigade!!!. . . . Coming Wednesday 9-25-2019!!!!. . . . 9:00 PM Eastern!!!

Boss must've read my mind when I posted a thread comparing the HR2, Nano FSH, and the FTG... I was looking at the FTG and wondering if it's different enough from the other two to justify getting one... And here comes the TGULB! Definitely different enough, and definitely has my attention! Wife be wary; Wallet beware. (Better start counting and saving my pennies!)

YOWZA!!! . . . What Happened Here???  o_O

We black bagged and locked up a Team Gemini for years in order to starve it half to death!!!:eek::eek: . . .This made it lean, mean, and hungry for abuse!!!:cool: . . . We then gave it our Nuclear Meltdown treatment by tossing it into our Bourbon and Tequila powered nuclear reactor and letting it sit there for months!!!

What did we get??? . . . .

Busse Combat is proud to introduce:

Team Gemini Ultra Light Brigade!!!

The TGULB is the final evolution of the Team Gemini Light Brigade concept!!!!:cool:

It will be offered in three killer cool finishes, including: Competition Finish, BIG DC, and Coated!!!

Same Overall Specs as before but with a blade thickness of only .200". It features a massive tapered fuller that adds rigidity and reduces weight while allowing the INFI blade alone to come in at approx. 20% lighter than our previous Light Brigade Model!!!:eek::eek::eek:

Without handles, the TGULB comes in at a mere 11.8 ounces!!!. . .:eek::eek::cool::thumbsup:

Pics shown are of the prototype with slightly rougher machining than the upcoming production run TGULB!!!:thumbsup::cool:!

The Nuclear Meltdown treatment rounds all exterior corners of the blade, handle, and pommel, for a massive reduction in any possible stress risers and potential "Hot Spots" under heavy use!!!

The super deep dish hollow ground bevel allows for superior chopping and slicing power in an ultra light weight platform!!!

Here are a few pics of the TGULB to get us started!!!

We will continue to add more pics to this post throughout the coming week, so please check back!!!

Let's Drink!!!

Kinda torn, i love the classic fuller on the original tglb and its what i picture when imagining a tglb but then i also kinda like this new fuller. Cant be sure tho until i see the whole knife. More pics please!!

Same here. I really like the look of the old round ended fuller. Gonna need a full view this one.

Boss, I'm talking about the fingerprint-like lines that can be seen in the newer handle scales, as discussed and shown in this thread. My last couple of hand-smoothed handles have also had these lines in them, similar to the Nuked Forsaken Mistress seen here (not my pic, or the greatest example, but the only one I could locate showing this on hand-smoothed):

Thought you guys had made an in-line change of some sort. Not that it's bad, just different. Or maybe I've just been drinking too much?
ETA - Apologies for going off topic.
I'm thinking ball E.M. step over lines

How do I get one? Looks awesome!
Typically after the announcement of a new blade these offerings land on the following Wednesday around 9pm EST wherein they will be available for a day or sometimes just hours.
It will pop up on the website for purchase for that short window only.. so be ready
