The All Stag and Ivory Buck Thread (Let's See Your Stag & Ivory Buck Knives)

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong trying to get my Knife images to show on my post's? I feel like I'm close, but not figuring it out?? Thank you!!

Go to your photobucket and move the curser to the top right of your photo, click on the gear looking thing, click share on the drop down, then click on the bottom link and drop it here.

Steelheadbully nice 317, I am jealous !!! I saw the paper work said 2007, did you send it to buck for the re-handle? I didn't know they did that.
Seeing you're a steelhead man ever take the ride over to Pulaski NY for the run? It use to be a ritual along with the salmon run. Now only once in awhile since I am out of state.

Mike - That is one super sweet 317. You can stick that in the box along with the others you are sending me. I won't complain.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

No Idea how many have been made. It was a production knife and you find it in the Dealer Catalogs around 1989. Price: roundabout 79 USD. There's noting to find in the special edition list. Here's another one:

Love to see those late 80's Stag/Dam 110's, so much variation on the handle and blade :thumbup:, but all of them great

Was going to post the Track series, but figured I'd go back to the Ivory, since it is my Fav!!:o

These little skinners pretty much talk for themselves, Wish I had the other 96 Model 475's with Ebony and Ivory handles...Enjoy:D

The top one with sambar stag was my first 110 to "collect". I purchased it right from Larry O's hand in 1998 at the Marion County fairgrounds back when they had a yearly Indiana Knife collectors show. He talked me into joining the BCCI that day as well.

Victorinox Huntsman in Siberian Wooly Mammoth, circa 18,000 years ago, tusk, with the heart of a Buck knife.
An artist up in Canada put these scales on my favorite Vic. Knife. Had the knife a few weeks before discovered that saw blade.
Even has tweezers in one slot. PHotos don't do it justice, but here she is:

So I have to say I am shocked to have not seen the Track series posted in this thread???? I thought it was a staple in the stag collectors collection, but I'm an Ivory Guy, so what do I know/....
Neat little set, vanguard blade on a piece of crown stag, with a track cut-out and a pewter head, display is a little beat up, but the knives look good!! Only have 1 original track series sheath I display with the set.

There's a Guy that goes by Ricardo, and every time he's over my house he tells me he hates this set of knives and says what are they still doing on display? I can't tell if he's being serious. He complements my other knives?????

Here is one of my stag AG 110's.This one is a carry.I hadn't worn it for awhile but it found its way back on my belt last week. I just happened to have the camera with me yesterday at the church and decided to tak a snap shot since it was nice out.

kyhunt…I've been carrying a stag 110 for the last few months. I think it'll be on my belt all the time now.
Thanks for posting your picture. Great looking knife!!

ScottK…I'll bet you were feeling two inches taller walking around with those beauties in your pocket!!
Thanks for sharing!!

Lots of stag and ivory Buck knives have been posted lately….thanks!!
I never tire of seeing all those one of a kind Buck knives!! :)

Stumps, thanks.

ScottK, those are beautiful. I kick myself for not getting a stag stockman when they were out. I had looked at them online but at that time had strayed away. Very nice looking knives.

Well I'm waiting for the kids to wake up so I'll post this one. Its a little 309 I picked up off the " bay" a few years ago. I'm not 100% sure if its a smoother stag or maybe elk. My guess would be aftermarket but I still like it. It usually sits in the display case and doesn't get carried but every once in a blue moon I'll slip into my pocket.

Old picture here but thought I would get my other stag 110 in there. The 110 in the middle is the one already posted.Completely off topic but one of these days I need to get another AG Vanguard.

Many nice new Buck knives have been posted on here lately.

Here I have a Buck 927 Stag Slimline Skinner. This knife feels great in the hand.
