The "Ask Nathan a Question" Thread

No worries, I can hold the sale without him. :D:D:D

I was watching the Animal Planet on BBC last night. I got fascinated by a creature named snow leopard in the Himalayas, first and foremost because they were so beautiful and secondly I didn't t even know that such a thing even exited! As with anything else in this era of our Globe warming up, the snow leopard population is on the decline because of the scarcity of their food sources in this warming cycle. The snow leopards are very insular creatures and according to the narrator they can roam something like 100 square kilometers totally in unison!

Anyway, this female snow leopard had her call of the nature and was snarling for a mate till a large male finally showed up and they eventually copulated. Then the male started getting extra frisky and "cute" with her when the female who was slightly smaller just pounced and eventually beat the crap outta him and had him running away crying!!!

Moral of the story: in NinJo we completely trust :D :D :D

Knowing you were going to some how relate this back to Jo and Nathan, when you started talking about copulation, I have to admit, I got a little worried.

I also have to admit I was a little concerned myself. :D

I can be tactless, but I respect NinJo way way much. Marc though, no so much :D

Hello Nathan/ Jo [The weapon], I recently purchased a Jofuu leather sheath for my Field knife 1, will that work with the FK2, as far as you can tell?

If I may answer for Nathan/Jo as the resident JouFuu Leather expert. I use my JouFuu sheaths for both the original FK and the FK2 prototype, and they fit both fine. However, the FK2 handle is a little thicker and it may stretch the leather out a bit so that it would be a little loose on the original FK.

The original Field Knife was one of our most popular patterns ever but I think you'll find the new Utility Field Knife is even better.

@Nathan the Machinist It only dawned on me, after seeing your comment above in the Sale thread, that perhaps the "official" name of this new model was not "FK2" but instead "Utility Field Knife". It's almost akin to the introduction of the HDFK, which had been most often referred to as the "NASK" initially.

It seems, with the wording in your comment above, that perhaps we should be referring to a "Utility Field Knife" ("UFK") rather than an "FK2". Any thoughts on this, Nathan?

^ Medford already has a Fighting Utility Knife, not that they can trademark an acronym (?).

castration?

Maybe a little too far?:D
