The "Ask Nathan a Question" Thread

Any particular reason as to why the HDFK-D2 offered for sale in today's unannounced surprise sale was unsigned? (no maker's mark). Just wondering out of curiosity really...

How silly and absent minded of me! Of course they do not because I had completely overlooked that fact. I still wonder as to why though?! Perhaps the bark has to do with it?

Yes Chip, I'm are of the D2 marking but was wondering about the no Carothers insignia.
 
Except for the marking that makes it awesome...a single tiny "D2" ;)

Here you go Apple Blossom, Being a pre-production prototype it is unmarked. If you don't want a "sterile" knife you might prefer a different release:p:thumbsup:

Yes, since I have never owned the edge cut I was curious, Canvas is more coarse (and the color is not as bright), I love linen as it is softer (Have owned a few knives with linen including the EDC with Maroon-Which is Linen)
I would also like to see Nathan offer Paper Micarta as it is also a favorite of mine;):thumbsup:
 
Nathan, would you be willing to do a run of Delta 3v HDFKs with "bark on?"
