It's one of those things that sounds like it's probably healthy but really gross

But there's a lot of salt in there I don't think it's healthy

Please include the cow scabs with my next order. In fact, maybe I should order another knife from the Friday sales just for that purpose.

Just thinking of all the variations….will the leather sheaths that come with the Signature skinners also accommodate the basic and steak knife variations, even if not perfectly? Any notion of what the sheath configuration might be, this early in the process? Thank you.
