Thank you Mat, really neat idea - I could then buy four steak knives but tell myself two are the backup set and happily use the other two. Or buy six with two backups… Or…- Lastly, why not consider offering the S.K. Set in a set of 2 instead of 4? IMHO, this is better marketing![]()

YesHi Nathan,
Will you be posting some of the pre-order details prior to 5pm? Thanks!

Specifically for use as a kitchen utility knife (that will be hand washed), would you recommend D2, the tweaked D3V, or Magnacut?

Yes. It can be.Can the skinner be ground into a bowie or neck knife? Asking for a friend.
You’re saying I don’t need to pull over to the side of the road and flip my hazards on at 5?Nathan, I am guessing that you are not setting limits and restrictions to the Skinner and variants preorder and if everything goes orderly, we expect this one to brew for well over this weekend and perhaps a little while beyond?

I noticed that in the additional info you just posted to the skinner pre-order, the instructions state: " send an email to Jo at jocarothers (at) gmail (dot) com with this subject line: "10" Chopper preorder"?
Probably want to change that to "Skinner pre-order"?
Nevermind - I see you already edited it...
I think they're going to be some quantity limits but yes we plan to leave it open for at least the weekend.Nathan, I am guessing that you are not setting limits and restrictions to the Skinner and variants preorder and if everything goes orderly, we expect this one to brew for well over this weekend and perhaps a little while beyond?
You should be careful (on the road). We will have it open for at least the weekend. And in reality if your order comes up and we have the type of knife you ordered and the type of scales you ordered available you will get your knife before someone who ordered something with many variations. We try to go in order of posts, but the reality is obviously the Satins are going to take longer and sometimes certain scales materials are ready before others. You’re saying I don’t need to pull over to the side of the road and flip my hazards on at 5?
